What is Art Licensing?
Art licensing means you can use my artwork on your products for an agreed period of time. You can choose between non-exclusive or exclusive licenses based on your needs. As the licensee, you’ll pay a fee to the artist (licensor) to use the artwork under the agreed terms.
The difference between Non-Exclusive + Exclusive
With a non-exclusive license, you have permission to use my artwork on your products and sell them freely. I’ll still retain full ownership of the design, which means other brands may also license and use the same artwork.
With an exclusive license, you have sole rights to use the artwork for your products during the agreed licensing period. I’ll retain ownership of the artwork itself, but no other brand or company will be permitted to use that same design while your license is active.
Who owns the Copyright to the artwork + designs?
I retain full copyright and ownership of all my artwork and any related designs. If you’re interested in a buyout (purchasing complete rights to a design), I’d be happy to discuss the details with you.
Are you open to creating custom work?
Yes, absolutely! I can create custom designs or color variations, adjust existing work, or draw inspiration from my previous collections to suit your vision. Let’s chat about your ideas and bring them to life!
