"Blooming & Belonging" is a surface pattern collection inspired by the beauty of spring and the wonder of rainy day walks with my daughter.
Walking hand in hand ~ her eyes scanning the ground for small flowers to gather, mine catching the way raindrops dance across the tops of petals and puddles; and watching her, her joy. These moments remind me that growth isn’t always loud and following a straight path. Sometimes, it’s quiet and hidden.
And yet, on some days, it feels like she’s growing too quickly to keep up with; and I find myself wanting to freeze these small, sweet moments. To hold onto the wonder in her voice, her excitement, the softness in her step and the way she looks at the world.
This collection captures that essence ~ tender new life, and the joy of simply belonging to the moment in front of you.
